Attn: All Autoship Club Members!!!!

Effective August 1st, we will be handling shipping charges differently! When we charge a credit card and then refund it, we are charged a fee each time. In an effort to keep our costs lower (and yours!) we will no longer be refunding credit cards for any type of shipping refund. We will be issuing a "store credit" instead!

This month, I will issue a store credit after the credit has been charged. But, I will use these same reports to proactively issue a store credit in September BEFORE the credit card is charged!

What does this mean?

If you are a pick up customer or have multiple shipments (you would have usually been charged and then refunded)

... you will be issued a shipping credit on your account on August 1st instead of a refund. That credit will be deducted from your next purchase with us. If you don't purchase anything throughout the month, it will be automatically deducted from the charge you are charged for your September autoship.

Then... NEXT month, I will issue your store credits again on August 31 so that when the website automatically charges you on September 1 it should (HOPEFULLY) already have the credit in there and then your card will not be charged proactively from September 1 forward.

I know this is soooo confusing but it will benefit you in the long run, and help us from being charged all those duplicate fees!
