Guess what Guys! Tamara Jensen is going to be teaching for me at Scrapbook USA! She is going to do the Kids Kreations class on both Friday and Saturday. Also VAL TEBBS is going to be teaching a class on Saturday. Here are a few hints (top secret so don't tell)... Val's class is about color, so she is going to use the NEW Grafton line from Scenic Route. I think she will use My Minds Eye for the 2nd layout, but I am not for sure! Tamara is doing 1 boy and 1 girl layout using Basic Grey Archaic and I think the other will be with Sultry. Amber is gonna use the Boxer line from Basic Grey and the new scrapworks 6x6 acrylic album! Mandi will (of course) be doing her traditional Disney class which we all LOVE!
I am so excited, I can hardly stand it!

Oh where oh where have your teachers gone?
Well, I am excited to say that Amber Packer will be teaching the Acrylic Album class at Scrapbook USA. I am sure you will be VERY excited to see her there! Many people are wondering what will happen to some of your teachers when All my Memories closes. Well, I can PROMISE you that Mandi and I will be teaching classes beginning in May. When Scrapbook USA is over, we will be doing back to back classes at the Best Western Cotton Tree Inn in Sandy (in May). YEAH! Then, we will begin teaching classes at my clubhouse here in Draper in June. We will keep you posted! I need to get a schedule and class themes set up asap, so will keep you up to date!
I was thinking about scrapbook kits this weekend. I drive a Volvo XC90 which is a little mini SUV. Pretty decent sized. When I went to scrapbook overnight with a friend, the ENTIRE car was full with stuff. I couldn't leave anything behind because I needed everything available to create a page! Then, I spent half the time re-organizing everything so I could find it if I needed it!
Well, I also brought one small basket where I had put kits I have bought along with the matching pictures. Guess what - I ONLY used that box! The kits covered all that I needed to make the pages! I just needed a cutter, glue, black and brown ink and I was done! Plus, no messes, not a million scraps I left laying all over... It was great! Plus, it was quicker. Although they weren't my original designs, I felt GREAT about getting so much done because I could spend more time doing what we really should do in scrapbooks...journaling!!!!!
I can't wait to get this website finished so you can see all the kits! I think you will LOVE the idea of it because you to will have less mess, the advantage of everything being cut, and they are affordable!
OK - question for the day... I am going to have a scrapbook monthly club. I am going to charge $30 per kit plus shipping (I think it will be $5 in shipping). The HOTTEST scrapbook products on the market will be in there! If you join the club with a 6 month commitment, you will save 20% off your kit and any orders on the website as long as you are a member.
I think this is a GREAT deal! What do you think? I'd love feedback before I finalize this concept!

Exciting Exciting Exciting!
Well, I did get a LITTLE work done today. I had to work my "other job" for several hours and then Brayden has been sick with strep throat and an ear infection. He spent a good portion of the day crying. Doesn't make for a real professional environment to get things done in!
But - I just booked Mandi to teach her infamous "Capture the Magic" class, she is going to do 2 2-page layout spreads. We will follow up that class with another class for tons more Disney in May! I am trying to decide if I wanna take on so much. I also committed to be the Scrapbook USA Silver sponsor. So - we will be on Good things Utah and Studio 5, and on their commercials! Ugh - so overwhelming! I am making a little 6x6 page to put in the early bird goody bags (1500 of them). That is exciting!
So - we are designing away, hoping to get the website up and running with kits available starting in the next couple weeks. I have to wait on some orders we are trying to get to come in! As soon as our heads stop spinning (by next week or so) we will be coming up with some class ideas. I think I am going to have the Scrapbook USA classes in April, the marathon classes in May, and then we will have to let you know some dates for June! What do you guys think of the logo? Mandi designed it for me. I couldn't ask for it to be any cuter!
Anyone have suggestions on what they would like to see kits done with? Any themes?

I finally started something!
Well, I am sooo excited! I am finally starting a scrapbook store. I thought about buying a brick and morter store, but quickly realized that didn't fit into my "Mommy" plan with a 3 year old son. So - here I am! I have some AMAZING designers on board. You will get to see pages made by Heidi, Mandi, Kimberly and myself...more designers to come! You may recognize us as teachers from All my Memories! I started this blog to keep in touch with customers... We are HOPING to have our website launched within the month. We just want to make sure it is all PERFECT when it is rolled out! I just ordered the CUTEST Scenic Route lines to design with, and can't hardly wait to begin! We will still be teaching classes, so keep an eye out! For now, I can guarantee that we will be teaching and having a booth at Scrapbook USA so look for us there! There are so many exciting things to tell you as we continue this journey! I will try to keep you all in touch! Oh - we are having an Overnight Retreat in May (May 18-19) Sandy, UTAH. At that retreat, we will be offering kits and will be having a MARATHON of classes. You may wanna reserve your spot soon. I will be posting some more info soon!
